QUALIFICATIONS, PROCUREMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES (SRF)
The City of Wabbaseka, Arkansas is requesting qualifications to provide planning and administrative consultant services for a water system improvement project. All proposals will be evaluated in terms of experience, quality of work and capacity to perform. The type of experiences desired are knowledge and experience with state and/or federal regulations pertaining to Small Purchase Procurement, Procurement of Professional Services and Construction Contractors, Environmental Reviews, Equal Opportunity Requirements, Financial Management, Contracts Management, Labor Compliance, and Audits. Work performance will be assessed in terms of timelines, completing work within budget and quality of work. Capacity to perform will be evaluated in terms of the number and type of staff to be assigned tasks and staff time availability. The city will conduct an evaluation process, to identify the selected firm and award the contract.
