NLRSD RFP2526 Custodial Services
North Little Rock School District (NLRSD) is seeking qualifications and pricing for custodial services for the district. All vendors must submit clear and specific qualifications and pricing/product details as requested. Any optional services proposed must be clearly identified and marked separate. The contract will be a one-year term with option to renew annually upon mutual agreement by both parties.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all responses and waive any irregularities or formalities in proposals received. The District reserves the right to negotiate with the apparent acceptable company. Awards will be based on those considerations that are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal is judged to be the most qualified and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements stated in the Request for Proposal.
