Interested Supplier are invited to submit a Response to this MULRFQ for the opportunity to be evaluated and determined whether they are eligible to be added to the Corporation’s list of Qualified Suppliers of Due Diligence Advisors – Major Projects.
The Due Diligence Committee (“DDC”) of each project will report to the TI Corp Board. The role of the DDC is to provide an independent review of the performance of the project, in particular progress towards project objectives including schedule, scope and budget, as well as identification and mitigation of project risk. The Services are described in greater detail in section 5 and the Appendices.
