SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE FIRM FIXED PRICE REQUIREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 6.302-1, ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

NAICS Code 541611, Zygos Consulting LLC; business size standard is $24.5M.

The Defense Health Agency (DHA), Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to negotiate a sole source contract extension to Zygos Consulting LLC, for Strategic Contracting and Training Services for a period of performance beginning 23 November 2025 with an anticipated period of 4 months.

This will extend the current contract HT001524C0002, which is a bridge contract that was extended on 23 July 2025 and ends on 22 November 2025. The new competed award, which was solicited on 1 August 2024, with proposals received on 4 December 2024, has been delayed.

This extension is to continue to provide strategic contracting and training services across the Defense Health Agency for the Program Executive Officer (PEO) of Medical Systems/Chief Information Officer (CIO)/ J-6.

This notice is not a request for proposals. A solicitation document will not be issued, and proposals will not be requested.
