Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources that have the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance use disorder, mental health and sex offender treatment services for male and female Adults in Custody (AICs) residing at the local Residential Reentry Center (RRC), and/or on home confinement, or on Federal Location Monitoring (FLM), or, if applicable, reporting to a Day Reporting Center, in the Clarksburg & Charleston, WV areas.



All treatment services will be required to be performed within a ten (10) mile radius of the United States Federal Courthouse, 300 Virginia Street, East Charleston, WV 25301, and within a 1/2 mile walk from community-based transportation for Location A and within a ten (10) mile radius of the United States Federal Courthouse located at 500 W Pike Street, Clarksburg, WV 26301, and should be a .5 mile walk from community-based transportation for Location B.



Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on May 01, 2025, with four (4) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all options years are renewed) on April 30, 2029. These services required for this contract include a Base Year; Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three, and Option Year Four and a potential 6-month extension.

These services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Community Treatment Services (CTS) Statement of Work, (SOW) 2022. The request for quotation will be available on or about March 10, 2025, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s SAM.gov web site (sam.gov). This solicitation will be unrestricted. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date will be on or about April 10, 2025, at 2:00 pm EST. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price, IDIQ contract with a Guaranteed minimum and an Estimated maximum. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
