Description

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) in Falls Church, VA intends to procure inTransition Contact Center Support Services. This requirement will be solicited as a competitive small business set-aside, in accordance with FAR 19.5, using Trade-off Source Selection procedures and only small business vendors will be considered. The Government anticipates the award of a single firm fixed-price contract for a period of 60 months (12-month base year plus four (4) each 12-month option periods, with the option to extend up to six months).



This requirement is for the following services as described in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS): inTransition Support Services will provide support to transitioning service members and/or veterans who are currently receiving psychological health (i.e., mental health or behavioral health) and/or moderate to severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) care. The program will also provide support to service members and veterans who wish to receive care at their new destination or with a new provider in their same location or wish to initiate psychological health care for the first time. The contract requires licensed coaches who are trained and capable of providing mental health care. These licensed mental health professionals will bridge the gap between identification of and receipt of mental health care, as well as moderate to severe TBI care. The final PWS will be provided with the solicitation posting.



The NAICS code for this requirement is 561422 Telemarketing Bureaus and Other Contact Centers with a Small Business Size Standard of $25.5M. This notice is provided in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.201 and FAR 5.204 for the purposes of publicizing this proposed action and is not to be considered a request for proposal. All responsible small businesses may submit a proposal for consideration in response to the final request for proposals (RFP) when it is solicited. It is anticipated that the RFP will be posted under solicitation number HT001125R0047 and issued on or around 13 May 2025 via SAM.gov for 30 days. This date is subject to change without any updates via SAM.gov. Once the RFP is issued, it is imperative to review the site frequently for any updates and /or amendments. In order to be considered for award, prospective offerors must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. Paper copies of the RFP will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the RFP will not be accepted.
