Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Contract and Supply, City of Binghamton, City Hall, 2 nd Floor, 38 Hawley Street, Binghamton, New York, 13901, until 10:30am on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the 11:00am meeting for the following work. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held Wednesday February 18, 2026 at 10:00am at the Binghamton-Johnson City Joint Sewer Plant at 4480 Vestal Road, Vestal, NY 13850.
Terminal Pump Station UpgradeFor the contract documents and plans, please call the Office of the City Engineer, (607)Â 772-7007, to coordinate pick-up. Copies may be obtained by a $50.00, non-refundable, payment (check or money order, payable to the City of Binghamton) per disk.
