This is a Sources Sought. This announcement is in support of market research to determine the feasibility of a Sole Source acquisition and to identify potential sources that can provide for the procurement of the Light, Landing Aircraft, detailed below. The proposed contractual action will be a 5-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the following:

Technical Data is not currently available to support the purchase of the Light, Landing Aircraft. The only approved source is Grimes Aerospace Company. No DMWR has been identified for this effort. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI).

The solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated on the solicitation.
