Amendment 0005 applies Class Deviation 2025-O0003 to the Solictaiton. All other Terms and Condtions remain unchanged.

The services are in support of the prevention and education of domestic violence and juvenile problematic

sexual behavior under the Army Family Advocacy Program, including 24/7 victim advocacy response and EPC

coordination.
