NOTICE OF INTENT: The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award on a Limiting Competition sole source basis, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Tenet Hospitals LTD, for mechanical and ultrasonic washing of medical surgical instruments and equipment services to the Sterile Processing Department, William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), El Paso, Texas. Mechanical and ultrasonic decontamination are automated cleaning processes for surgical instruments that remove bioburden, essential for effective sterilization.
