APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities and experience to meet the requirement for repair, calibration, hardware maintenance and software maintenance support of the BRAT. This includes repair data, analysis, problem investigation, problem resolution, validation, and integration testing. The Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) for this requirement is the repair and calibration of 50 modules per year in support of the National Stock Numbers (NSNs) listed below in Table 1. The projected period of performance for repair, calibration, hardware maintenance and software maintenance support would be 12 months.
The testers provide analog, digital and radio frequency testing capabilities in support of a diverse range of modules. The contractor will support up to 81 separate testers that make up eight different configurations. Advanced Testing Technologies Inc. (ATTI) is the OEM and has proprietary rights to the data. The government does not own any data, drawings or equipment relating to the BRAT.
