The RSIC reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. This solicitation for Hungry Valley Recreation Center HVAC Replacement does not obligate the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony to pay any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of a Proposal. This solicitation does not obligate the RSIC to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services. Furthermore, the RSIC reserves the right to award the contract to the next most qualified company if the selected company does not execute a contract within thirty 30 days after the award of the proposal. PERMITS AND LICENSES: It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to acquire all necessary permits and licenses prior to commencement of work and to comply with all applicable Tribal, City, County, State and Federal Laws, regulations and codes. The Contractor shall pay all charges, fees and taxes, and give all notices necessary and incidental to the due and lawful prosecution of the work. The cost of any work, material or reports by any of the applicable agencies shall be incidental to the contract and shall be included in contract bid items. LICENSES AND PERMITS: The contractor shall procure all licenses and permits before construction/project commences, including and not limited to specific requirements and any/all other licenses, permits and associated fees required to construct the project are incidental to other line items in the Proposal-Schedule of Items & Prices. Acquiring and maintaining permits and plans are the responsibility of the Contractor.
