The Alabama National Guard USPFO announces a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance, with, the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice incorporates elements of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation W912JA25QA008 being issued as a Request for Quote. This combined synopsis solicitation, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07. This is a 100% Women Owned Small Business set aside with the NAICS code 562998 with a size standard of $16.5 M.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance, with, the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The166th Construction Company requires two (2) Shower Trailers. Specific details are listed in the attached Statement of Requirement (SOR). Delivery Address Eglin AFB, Eglin, FL 32542.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers Technical, Price and Past Performance data. A notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer or part of an offer whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
Award shall be made without discussions.

The quotations are due by 8 May 2025 at 2:00 p.m. CST. Late quotes will not be accepted. Please submit all questions No Later Than 29 April 2025 at 12:00 p.m. CST.
