Project Description: The Hillsborough County Engineering and Operations Department is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified Disaster Debris Contractors (DDCs) to assist the County in emergency debris management services during disasters or other emergency events by collecting and transporting debris to final disposal sites. See Attachment A – Supplemental Specifications. The estimated project budget is $75,000,000.00.
