Window A/C Install and Miscellaneous Repairs Re-Bid #3

Cambridge Housing Authority, in its capacity as managing member, acting on behalf of JFK Apartments LLC , the Owner and Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Project #23-JFK-002 Air-Conditioner Replacement and Miscellaneous Repairs at John F. Kennedy Apartments, 55 Essex Street, Cambridge, MA in accordance with the documents prepared by BWA Architecture.

The project consists of The Installation of Owner Supplied Window A/C Units and Miscellaneous Repairs – Plus Two Door Repairs as (Add on Alternates). CHA will supply new AC units. Contractor to remove existing window AC units and install new AC units from the interior only (Removal and Installation of AC units can be done from the interior)

The work is estimated to cost $70,000.00.
