The MARSHFIELD HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the FPE Replacement and Electric Service Upgrade at State Aided Development: Tea Rock Gardens (667-1) in Marshfield, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by ROGUE ENGINEERING AND DESIGN. See Attached for full advertisement to Bid.
The Project consists of but not limited to:
Upgrade the existing 208Y/120V 1000A service to 1,600A. Replace main switchgear.
Replace all FPE panels, including house panels, distribution panels, and 64 unit load centers.
Replace all feeders, including UG feeders between switchgear and each building, and between each distribution panel and each tenant loadcenter within building interiors.
New panels (all) to include provisions for future electrification.
Alternate #1: Provision of NEM14-50R receptacles behind existing gas stoves for future electric range connection.
The work is estimated to cost $790,500.00.
