NOTICE OF INTENT: Install Global Controller for Air Handling Units

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in/at Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033, intends to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to Proposed Contractor, Climatec LLC, 2851 W Kathleen RD, Phoenix, Arizona 85053-4053, UEI: ETT3RZENFD63 for furnishing and installing global controllers to the air handler units for as required by the Facility Maintenance Department. The period of performance is date of award to 12/31/2025.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Climatec LLC is uniquely qualified to provide the required services for furnishing and installing global controllers to the air handler units to ensure that there is no interruption in services that could impact direct patient care.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Climatec LLC, may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Flora Washington, Contract Specialist at flora.washington@ihs.gov by Monday, May 5th, 2025, 5:00 PM MST.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
