General Notice

The Village of Plain City, Ohio is requesting Bids for the construction of the Public Square

Splashpad. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received through BidExpress until

February 27, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened

and read virtually through a meeting within Microsoft Teams. The link to join is below:

This project consists of the continued development of the Public Square gathering space in

Uptown Plain City. The project will include the construction and installation of a concrete splash

pad, site grading, and landscaping. The installation of an archway and artificial turf are included

as add-alternate items of work.

Bidders shall register with BidExpress as a plan holder. The website will be updated periodically

with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid

for the Project. Bidders shall direct all questions regarding the project through the Question and

Answer portal on BidExpress. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents
