Minnesota IT Services on behalf of the MN Management & Budget (MNIT@ MMB) intend to renew their annual cloud-based/hosting services, Articulate 360 Teams, for a term of up-to 2 years/24 months, with Articulate Global, LLC.
Articulate 360 Teams Plan, which includes but not limited to; support services, updates and/or modifications is used by MMB to custom e-Learning courses. Information obtained by Articulate Global, LLC is considered intellectual property due to exclusive ownership rights, titles, patents and trademarks of their products and/or services.
The State believes these services are not available through third party entities deeming this a sole source.
