2025-11 Hotels for Relocating Residents during Lead Remediation
Request for Qualifications
CITY OF LANCASTER, PA
The City of Lancaster, PA (City) will receive responses online for Hotels for Relocating Residents during Lead Remediation until April 30, 2025, at 11:00AM at which time they shall be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. The City is seeking to compile an approved hotels list (List) consisting of pre-qualified hotels who have an interest providing lodgings for residents that need to be temporarily relocated during lead remediation activities in conjunction with the City’s Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes Program (“LHC/HH”).
Hotels on the List shall be required to assure protection against discrimination for individuals in compliance with all federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances.
All required Response Forms are found within the RFQ Package. Any yellow highlighted field can be typed in. Follow these steps:
1. Download the RFQ Package
2. Click "enable editing" at the top of the screen
3. One you have typed all applicable information in the yellow highlighted sections of the forms, print the required forms for signature.
4. Scanned the signed forms and upload into PennBid with your submission.
