Portable Hygiene Trailers - Repair and Maintenance

The purpose of this Scope of Work (SOW) is to outline the repair and maintenance requirements for portable restroom trailers, including but not limited to, restrooms and shower facilities. This service will be performed for the Facilities and Communications Maintenance Division (FCM) of the General Services Department (GSD). The portable restroom trailers are essential to ensure the availability and functionality of sanitary facilities at various sites managed by GSD.

The objective of this contract is to provide ongoing maintenance and timely repairs to portable restroom trailers to ensure they are in proper working order. Services will include both preventative and corrective maintenance for restrooms and shower areas, ensuring all plumbing, electrical systems, and structural components function efficiently and remain compliant with local health and safety regulations.
