Project Description: The Hillsborough County Solid Waste Management Department (SWMD) seeks to award a contract to a qualified Contractor for recycling and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal, white goods material, and the safe disposal of Class I and II ozone-depleting substances that are removed components of the processed metals and white goods. The services of this award shall include payment (revenue sharing) to the County to be calculated as a percentage of the American Metal Market Index (AMM) pricing based upon the type of material processed by the Awardee (Contractor) on behalf of the County.
