Project Description: The project is for the construction of 0.60 miles of the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail including a pedestrian bridge and trailhead facility located in Union Township, Lebanon County, PA. Work will include clearing and grubbing activities, stone and asphalt paving operations, installation of drainage features, construction of a pedestrian bridge, and installation of fencing, signs, and pavement markings.
