Overview
Project Description: The redevelopment at Smith Cove Park East Parcel includes new athletic grass, a fenced off-leash dog area, a bioretention pond, and a series of paths and trails. Two bid additives are included in this project. Bid Additive #1 covers the purchase and installation of additional benches. Bid Additive #2 includes the material, fabrication, and installation of an SPR kiosk.
