Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: Project includes re-constructing a portion of the M25 parking lot by removal of existing deteriorating asphalt along with associated substrate and re-building with structurally sound material and asphalt.
Construction Cost Estimate: $250,000.00
