Annual Pest Control Services under Continuing Contract for City Hall, Lakeland Police Department, and Other City Buildings

The City of Lakeland Public Works - Facilities Maintenance Division is requesting proposals for services of a qualified, experienced and licensed Commercial Pest Control company to furnish all reports, materials, equipment, tools, labor, and supervision to provide annual pest and rodent control at City Hall, Lakeland Police Department and other City Buildings.

The successful selected company - CONTRACTOR - shall also be responsible for, without limitation, controlling ants (including pharaoh ants), roaches, spiders, and fleas on a monthly basis or as needed. Additionally, to the monthly service, fogging and spraying for spiders above eight (8) feet at various locations will be needed on an as needed basis only.
