Dept. Of Agriculture - General Services - Lawn Treatment

The Alabama Department Of Agriculture and Industries is seeking quotes for quarterly lawn treatment for our Richard Beard Building located at 1445 Federal Drive, Montgomery, AL 36107.  Supplier will provide spray maintenance for existing areas in the front and rear of the building.

Approximate Square Footage: 127,000 Square Feet

Service to consist of:

(1) Apply Pre and Post Emergent.
(2) Apply four (4) applications for weed control (includes monkey grass and holly brush).
(3) Apply Granular Fertilizer two (2) times per year.
(4) Apply Insecticide Application.
(5) Apply Tree and Ornamental Applications two (2) times per year.
(6) Treatment covers all types of weeds - no additional cost throughout service period.

Quarters:

October 2026 through December 2026 (1st Quarter)
January 2027 through March 2027 (2nd Quarter)
April 2027 through June 2027 (3rd Quarter)
July 2027 through September 2027 (4th Quarter)

Service Period: October 1, 2026 through 9/30/2027
