Intent to Sole Source F-15 Transmitter Test Set

The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source acquisition to PTI Industries, Inc. The required item to be purchased is an F-15 Transmitter Test Set T87000232-701.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(b)(1): Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government.
