Synopsis:
Contractor will shape subgrade, place and shape subbase, set forms, install rebar, pour and finish. Supply all Equipment, Labor, Formwork, Supplies, Mobilization and Demobilization to complete the work. Maintain barricades in work zone. Supply granular fill, rebar and ready mixed concrete. Area required is approximately 825 square feet.
