Audio Visual (AV) Services

The City of Dania Beach is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to provide comprehensive Audio Visual Services for City meetings, special events, and other municipal functions. Services may include audio, video, lighting, production support, equipment rental, setup and breakdown, technical staffing, troubleshooting, repairs, and live event management. Contractors must be capable of supporting events of varying sizes at both indoor and outdoor venues and provide trained personnel and equipment necessary to ensure successful event execution. The City intends to establish contracts with qualified vendors to provide reliable, responsive, and professional audio visual services on an as-needed basis.
