Provincial Central Intake eReferral Initiative

This Request for Information (RFI) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to gather information about the marketplace to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to provide information for a Provincial Central Intake and eReferral Solution, as further described in the RFI Particulars (Appendix A).

The Provincial Central Intake and eReferral Solution is intended to support health system priorities, streamline referral intake processes, enhance patient care, reduce patient wait times, improve communication across healthcare networks, eliminate fax-based processes, and decrease administrative burdens currently experienced under the existing decentralized model. To achieve this, GOS seeks to gather information to understand which vendors in the market today are currently able to provide seamless integration with Saskatchewan’s existing clinical systems and referral workflows.
