Project Description: The City of Jefferson, herein referred to as City, invites interested, qualified vendors, hereinafter referred to as contractors or bidders, capable of providing sampling, testing, identification and abatement of hazardous building materials, including but not limited asbestos from residential and commercial facilities, to submit bids to provide asbestos inspection and abatement services on an as-needed, if-needed bases for the City.
