Summary
Washington County Health and Human Services, Behavioral Health Division, Addictions Program, seeks to contract with a qualified provider to deliver the following services from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2032, as follows:
Operate a Peer-Supported Young Adult Addiction Recovery Drop-In Center to Washington County Residents.
Background
Per Washington County Rules of Procurement 10 120(3) – Competitive Process – Personal Service Contracts:
Notwithstanding any other provision in these rules, for personal services contracts, the County may use a Letter of Interest process, which requires any prospective proposer(s) to submit a response by the given deadline to notify the County of their interest in performing the work or responding to an RFP. If the number of interested proposers who submit a response does not exceed the number of contracts available, the County reserves the right to negotiate a contract(s) with those responder(s) and forego the RFP process.
