Synopsis:
- All debris and improvements shall be removed from the premises, and disposal of refuse is at the cost of the tender applicant. - The lot must be restored to usable condition, with the lot being leveled and packed. - Tender applicants must provide details of all equipment being used and any other useful information. - - Proof of Sask Worker’s Compensation clearance and Contractor’s insurance required. - Work must be completed prior to November 30, 2026. - The Town will be responsible for arranging for the removal of telephone, cable, energy and power service. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
