Project Description: Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Facilities department requires a goods and services contract for Fuel treating and cleaning of Diesel storage tanks, including biocide treatments and fuel sample testing for Diesel USTs. CATS operates out of 8 Diesel USTs between two locations in the Charlotte Metro area.
