Audio Visual Director Conference Room

The Ohio Department of Development seeks a qualified audiovisual (AV) systems contractor to provide annual preventative maintenance, on‑call time‑and‑materials (T&M) repair services, and recommendations with implementation of system upgrades for the Director’s Conference Room (Room 2979). The goal is to ensure reliability, improve system stability, and maintain a modern AV environment suitable for executive‑level conferencing.
