STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions (revised 03/31/25, attached)  apply to this solicitation and will govern any resulting Contract.

EVALUATION
PDF Quote must be included. Failure to quote all items or provide PDF quote may deem the quote non-responsive. Quote must be valid for 60-90 days . The State will not be responsible for any costs not otherwise specified. Inquiries must be submitted via the OhioBuys Inquiry Field. Inquiries are not permitted to be sent directly to the analyst or any other ODPS contact.

AWARD
A purchase order (PO) will be awarded to lowest responsible and responsive MBE quote as a result of this solicitation.  Period of performance for any resulting PO will be 09/30/2026 – 09/29/2027 .
