PROJECT TITLE: 2026 LMIG LRA
PROJECT: This project consists of Base and Pave with Striping. South Fork and
Dallas Roads are approximately 0.87 +/- miles long.
MANDATORY PRE-BID 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at the Appling County
CONFERENCE: Commissioners Office located at 69 Tippins Street Suite # 201,
Baxley, Georgia 31513
BID OPENING DATE: 10:00 A.M., Monday, August 03, 2026, at the Appling County
Commissioners Office located at 69 Tippins Street Suite # 201,
Baxley, Georgia 31513
BID BOND: All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less
than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. A cashiers or certified
check may be submitted in lieu of a bid bond.
PERFORMANCE/ The successful Bidder, if awarded this contract, will be required to
PAYMENT BONDS: furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of one
hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
PAYMENT TERMS: The successful Bidder will receive monthly payments within 30 days
after receipt and approval by the Owner's Representative of a valid
invoice for those services rendered.
