Ohio State Fair Celeste Center Video Production

Video projection system for concerts and events in the 9,000 seat, air-conditioned Celeste Center. The venue is host to a wide variety of national performers such as Foreigner, T-Pain, Reba McEntire, Jeff Dunham, Casting Crowns and Warren Zeiders. All proposals should include a 16x9 format, high-definition video system per the following guidelines:
•    Two (2) – 16’ wide x 9’high LED screens, 5 MM pitch or better resolution, with processing & receiving, 16x9 aspect ratio, 1920x1080 resolution video signal or better •    Three (3) – high-definition cameras: 1.    Two of them to be handheld (presenter may substitute a minimum of three (3)    remote cameras for these 2.    One tripod with 70x long sled lenses and CCU control •    Three (3) - Camera operators as needed unless using remote cameras •    One (1) - Video director/switch operator •    One (1) - high-definition video switcher with Multiview monitoring and 6-DVI or HDMI inputs. •    One (1) - Clear Com package for camera operators including both wired & wireless belt packs. •    Two (2) – Audio packages for monitoring and sending house audio through studio speakers. •    Two (2) 27” video monitors for use on stage as teleprompters •    Five digital message boards for indoor/outdoor use across the Fairgrounds
(approximately 3'x5') •    All necessary motors, trussing, rigging, cabling and equipment as needed to safely install the system in a professional manner as expected by national touring concert industry. •    All necessary cables, converters, monitors and cable distribution as needed to adequately run the system in a professional manner as expected by national touring concert industry. •    200 Amp Distro 3 Phase Cam in •    100’ 2/0 Feeder Set •    2/0 Feeder Jumpers
•    20" television /monitor on stand •    Self-powered speaker 15” on stand •    Appropriate 300’ cable run and distribution
The OEC is also requesting pricing for the following additional (optional) equipment:
•    Upstage video wall •    20’ wide x 12’ high LED screens. 5MM pitch or better resolution with processing and receiving, 4K processing, 16x9 aspect ratio, 1920x1080 resolution video signal or better
(NOTE) Video wall not to exceed a total of 4500 lbs. and/or 1500 lbs. per hang point. •    All necessary motors, trussing, rigging, cabling and equipment as needed to safely install the system in a professional manner as expected by national touring concert industry. •    All necessary cables, converters, monitors and cable distribution as needed to adequately run the system in a professional manner as expected by national touring concert industry. •    Other information related to the Video Screens Upstage: 1.    (2) SDI Lines from stage right to video world 2.    (2) 150 ft fiber snakes from FOH to Video World 3.    (2) CAAT 6 lines from FOH to stage right 4.    (2) CAT 6 lines from FOH to video World
