Request to bid out counter fabrication and installation at the Hamilton Driver's Examination Station at 1720B South Erie Highway (Hamilton Crossing), 45011 Hamilton, OH.

Please see the attached Scope of Work, Bill of Materials, and drawings/specifications. Contractor will be responsible for adhereing to all specifications listed in the Scope of Work. Shop drawings subject to approval by DPS Facility Management prior to fabrication.

STATE TERM SCHEDULE OPPORTUNITY
All responses must be in reference to State Term Schedule Contract #800883, as awarded by the Ohio Department of Administrative Services.

EVALUATION
Refer to attached solicitation documents for product list and scope of work that must be included in quote.  Quotes must reference associated STS price list.  Failure to provide this information and associated contract number may deem the quote not responsive. Include installation and labor fees in quote. The State will not be responsible for any costs not otherwise specified.

AWARD
A purchase order (PO) will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive quote as a result of this solicitation.  Period of performance for any resulting PO will be date of issuance through June 30th, 2026.
