Request For Qualifications

The MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION is requesting submittals from
qualified Construction Management firms for the SITEWORK, LANDSCAPING AND
SITE UTILITIES FOR THE NEW MARY PERSONS HIGH SCHOOL AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW MARY PERSONS HIGH SCHOOL.

The MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION has contracted with SP Design
Group Architects and Engineers, Inc. for architectural services.

The MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION intends to enter into a contract
with the successful Construction Management firm for the Pre-Construction and
Construction Phase Services associated with the project in order to meet the construction
schedule and to construct the project within a fixed budget.

Interested firms should submit a written request for the specific submittal format and

Upon receipt of written requests, the Request for Qualifications package will be
emailed to the respondent. Proposals are due on or before 3:00 pm EST, July 31th,
2026.
