Banking Services

The City of Elmhurst, Illinois (“the City”), is seeking competitive proposals for banking and related services. Commercial banking institutions, who possess the capability and expertise to provide depository and supplementary banking services are welcome to submit proposals for the provision of those services according to the requirements set forth in this document. The City’s goal in the RFP process is to select the banking institution (the “Contractor”) that can offer the highest value and quality service to the City. This process will help assure the citizens of Elmhurst that public funds are being utilized to the utmost and that public funds are properly insured and/or collateralized.
