Henry County is issuing this solicitation for (RFP) Concession Operations at North Mt. Carmel Recreation Center - Annual Contract. Submissions shall be received before 3:00 pm on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga . Late submissions will not be accepted.
Henry County is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to operate and manage a concession, smoothie and/or Coffee Bar within the North Mt. Carmel Recreation Center. The selected operator will be responsible for providing high-quality, consistent food and beverage service in a safe, clean and customer-focused environment. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this solicitation.
