The City of Jackson is inviting qualified organizations/firms to submit proposals for Substance use recovery and behavioral therapy including transitional housing services required for delivery of comprehensive substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services and provide up to 24 months of transitional housing for individuals in recovery .

Background

The opioid epidemic has had a devastating impact on communities across the nation, resulting in loss of life, destabilized families, strained public health systems, and economic hardship. In response, the American National Opioid Settlement provides dedicated resources to state and local governments with the purpose of remediating the harm caused by opioids and investing in solutions that prevent future addiction, support recovery, and rebuild community well-being.
