New Academic Learning Center and Chilled Water Plant. ALC will be located just south of the Library Building, and the CWP will be added to the library's east side.
Please refer to the Prequalification portion in the document, titled "Section A" in Division 0 of the Project Manual.
Bids will be received electronically only through Pipeline Suite. Bids in any other format will not be accepted.
