425 W FRONTAGE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS

Project Description: Notice is hereby given that SPRINGVILLE CITY INCORPORATED (OWNER) will accept bids for the construction of the 425 W Frontage Improvements project according to the Drawings and Specifications and in accordance with the Springville City Standard Specifications and Drawings Manual, and described in general as:
Prepare frontage improvements along a portion of 425 W. This will include but is not limited to, installing a full road cross section, curb, gutter, sidewalk and landscaping along a
new road alignment. Demolishing and removing the existing 425 W road. Installing approximately 700 LF of new 8” culinary water main, approximately 600 LF of new 6” PI
main, approximately 110 LF of new 15” RCP storm drain main, 70 LF of 8” SS main, 2 FH Assemblies, 4 SD catch basins, 3 SD manholes, 1 SS manhole, and raising 1 SDMH and 3
SSMH’s to new asphalt elevations. Work is to be substantially completed by April 30, 2026 and is to be substantially completed in 84 days. This work is to be done in consecutive days.
