The Town of Wethersfield seeks proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct evaluations, and provide survey, design, permitting and construction administration services, for an expanded passive recreational area near Spring Street Pond, and for structural improvements to the associated dam spillway and embankment to improve erosion controls and reduce flooding. The selected consultant and/or any subconsultants shall be knowledgeable with park design, landscape architecture, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and other standard civil engineering practices, and have experience with tasks associated with similar projects.
