INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)

ITT #25-15-PW
This notice of Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is issued by The Corporation of the City of Vernon (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Hot Mix Asphalt Road Patching as further described in the ITT Particulars (Part 4) (The “Deliverables”).
The Corporation of the City of Vernon (the City) is inviting Tenders to provide new hot mix asphalt services for projects which will include road patching & repair, road widening, and bike lanes on arterials collectors and select local roads. Typical recycled asphalt projects will include lanes local roads and arterial and collector roads that are nearing the end of their pavement life. Recycled asphalt will also be used as an alternate to hot mix asphalt products during the winter season.

ITT Contacts:Any questions regarding the project are to be directed through the messages feature in the procurement portal. Should questions arise that result in answers that have a material value to the project, they will be issued via an addendum for all proponents to view.
