Formal quotes must be attached to be deemed responsive and should reference state contract and catalog numbers that can be associated with this project, if applicable,  and estimated delivery date.

A) OOD shall base the award on lowest cost.

B) OOD will also base the award on the respondent that is responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary.

C) A formal quote must be attached.

Mailed, emailed, or faxed responses will NOT be accepted.
