Description

Mount Royal University (MRU) requires a contractor to complete pavement rehabilitation work in Parking Lots 1 and 4 on the MRU campus in Calgary, AB. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the removal, salvage, and reinstallation of concrete wheel stoppers, precast concrete barriers, and existing signage; designated excavation for full-depth asphalt repairs as necessary, with saw-cutting and road structure buildup (subgrade, subbase, granular base course); asphalt milling and ACP overlay; drainage adjustments to existing catch basins; and pavement markings restoration. Damaged concrete wheel stoppers will be replaced as part of concrete hardscape rehabilitation to ensure full functionality and safety of the parking lots.
